Aviptadil and Phentolamine are the active pharmaceutical ingredients that are part of the injecting drug Invicorp.
This drug was approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in 2015.
A fixed dose of Invicorp 0.35 ml is used for the treatment of male sexual dysfunction. Each Invicorp dose contains 25mkg of the active ingredient Aviptadil and 2mg of Phentolamine.
The active ingredients of Invicorp drug belong to different pharmacological groups, have different action mechanisms, and have different effects on male sexual function.
Because Phentolamine increases blood flow to the penis, and Aviptadil slows its outflow, the erectile tissue is saturated with blood, which results in:
Penis size increase
Penis rigidity increase
Aviptadil and Phentolamine restore the mechanism of erection only when injected directly into the cavernous tissue of the penis. In intravenous, oral and any other routes of Phentolamine and Aviptadil administration, the ability to achieve and maintain an erection does not restore.
The effect duration of one Aviptadil 25mkg / Phentolamine 2mg dose is about 60 minutes. Given the short duration of the therapeutic effect, the combined injection drug Invicorp (Aviptadil/Phentolamine) should be administered immediately before a planned sexual intercourse.
It is allowed to administer no more than one dose of Invicorp (Phentolamine / Aviptadil) within 24 hours. So, before making an injection, men must be sure that his partner is ready for sexual relations during the next hour.
If you want to get more information about the injection method of the ED treatment, you can find this information in the leaflet for Invicorp (Aviptadil / Phentolamine). The leaflet for the combined drug Invicorp is available in many languages, including English.
